UltimateMensWear.com accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within thirty (30) days of receipt.

UltimateMensWear.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fourteen (14) day return period

WE OFFER FREE GROUND SHIPPING & EASY RETURNS to the lower 48 states.
All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship typically within 3/4 days, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
UltimateMensWear.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
UltimateMensWear.com uses UPS for delivery. Shipments to APO's, FPO's or PO Boxes are via USPS.
During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates.
*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYSOnce your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
If you refuse any shipments from UltimateMensWear.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Flat rate shipping to Canada is $25. Flat rate shipping to any other international destination is $50. (up to 8Ibs. Additional charges apply for 8 lbs and above)
All International orders are shipped by USPS, ( United States Post Office) and take typically take 8 to 12 business days in transit.
