How do I return/exchange an item purchased online?
To return or exchange an item, you may ship it back to the address below. Make sure to include the packing list or your order number in your package.
Please note we recommend shipping your items back via a traceable method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or missing. Please note that you will incur all shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Unworn clean merchandise may be exchanged or returned for credit within 30 days of the delivery date. When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then in to a separate shipping box or wrap it with paper. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Returns received without the original shoebox or taped boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
How do I know if you have received my return package yet?
We will send you a e-mail when your return package is processed.
If I need to return an item, do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, if you send an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
Are any items non–returnable?
Most of our items can be returned, including sale merchandise. However, accessories such as ties, cufflinks, hats, socks, belts cannot be returned.
Can my order be overnighted? What methods of shipping are available?

I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?
Generally speaking, we need 1-3 business days for processing orders before the order can be shipped.
I already placed an order. Can I change/cancel something?

If you don't have a promotion code, go ahead and leave that box blank. It won't affect your order in any way, so don't worry!
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, military customers are able to shop through the U.S. customer checkout. APO/FPO packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
Can I save the items in my shopping cart and buy them later?
Sorry, all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that the items you have in your shopping cart today may not be available at a later date.
